I stay active with friends online, family at home, and going out with friends. I also stay active doing crafts. :D And most of all, what keeps me young, is running after my two year old granddaughter!
It's tough for me. My first PE was in 2008,in 2007 I was a gym rat before now. I had PTE surgery to get rid of the scar tissue it left behind. Within a month I developed a brain bleed, another PE and now I have an active clot in my leg. Activity is tough and I am so resentful. It's hard to do anything because I am back to getting tired easily.
I was just diagnosed about a month ago. It's the exhaustion that gets me. After years of para-menopausal insomnia, I'm starting to get a decent night's sleep. Doesn't matter. I'm at my desk and all I want to do is go to sleep. I've got a job, a mom in a nursing home and I'm active in my church, it's getting harder and harder to keep up. I'm getting frus
